II. Solution Design and Sample Production

Based on the client's confirmed needs, we provide customized product solutions and parameter specifications. After mutual confirmation, sample production begins. Samples are produced strictly according to standards, ensuring comprehensive workmanship and appearance. Sample information is simultaneously sent to the client to ensure compliance with client expectations and export requirements.

III. Contract Signing and Order Confirmation

After sample acceptance, both parties sign a formal foreign trade contract, clearly specifying product specifications, order quantity, unit price, total amount, production cycle, quality standards, sea freight logistics, payment method, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. The order becomes effective after the client pays a deposit, and the company immediately arranges the production schedule.

IV. Production Control and Quality Inspection

Production is conducted strictly in accordance with the contract and solution standards. From raw material selection, frame construction, fabric sewing to functional assembly, strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire process. Each product is only packaged after passing quality inspection upon completion. Ensure consistent and high-quality shipments.

V. After-sales follow-up and usage support

After delivery, continuously monitor customer receipt and usage, provide product operation guidance, maintenance instructions, and remote technical support, promptly respond to and properly handle after-sales issues, ensure worry-free customer use, and maintain long-term and stable overseas cooperative relationships.
